Key Responsibilities Manage a book of mid-market accounts, demonstrating the impact of Greenhouse and driving both gross and net revenue retention. Lead thoughtful discovery to understand customer goals, then translate them into business outcomes you execute and confirm. Design and improve AI-driven workflows that cut administrative effort and let you scale how you serve every account. Make strategic calls about which products and features matter most to each customer in a competitive, fast-moving market. Champion customer needs internally across Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales. Collaborate with Account Managers to reduce churn, identify expansion opportunities, and secure renewals. Work alongside Implementation Strategists to launch new customers successfully during onboarding. Take on additional projects as the business evolves. Qualifications 3+ years in account management or customer success, ideally within B2B tech or SaaS. A proven record of meeting or exceeding gross revenue retention targets. Genuine AI fluency — you've built and refined AI workflows or automations, not simply used the tools. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. A solutions-first approach to objection handling, including high-stakes pricing and product discussions. Comfort balancing competing priorities across a large book of business.
