Vantaca is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer value and retention through deep product fluency, onsite presence, and a genuine understanding of the community association management industry.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated product fluency
- Comfort with basic troubleshooting
- Strong onsite presence
- Exceptional communication
- High organizational discipline
- Active AI Fluency
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, communications, or a related field
