The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer success, digital marketing, and client management. The role will involve onboarding new clients, providing guidance and support, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Success Specialist
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media advertising
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, Asana, Slack, and other CRM/project management tools
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
