Design and run onboarding for new customers, own renewals, track usage signals, and build process to keep Matia tied to customer outcomes. This role requires 3-6 years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience, early stage startup experience, and technical fluency.

Design onboarding, run QBRs and health check cadences, translate customer feedback into product input, and set up tooling to scale the role.
