Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative will ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support, information, and assistance to clients. This position involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
What You Will Do
Serve as point of contact for customer inquiries, schedule and perform follow-up conversations, discuss post-service billing requirements, and collaborate with technical teams.
