  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles
  • Experience using at least one platform: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Strong typing and multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
