About the Role
As a Custodian (Horn) with Mesquite ISD in the US, you will carry out established cleaning and upkeep routines that help maintain a healthy, orderly learning environment at Horn High School. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based on-site (not remote), reporting to the Custodial Supervisor, with employment beginning as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout campus facilities according to district procedures.
- Keep classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas sanitary, tidy, and ready for daily use.
- Support a safe and well-maintained school setting for students, teachers, and visitors.
- Follow direction from the Custodial Supervisor and complete assigned duties dependably.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and consistently apply standard custodial cleaning and upkeep methods.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work on a full-time schedule.
- Capability to handle the physical demands typical of custodial work.
- A commitment to supporting a clean, safe campus environment.
