Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Croatian Speaking Hotel Reservations Agent to join our team in Greece, assisting Croatian-speaking customers with hotel bookings and providing exceptional service.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with Croatian-speaking clients to understand their accommodation needs.
- Book hotel reservations accurately while providing detailed information about hotels, pricing, and availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of reservations and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Fluent in Croatian with excellent communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in hotel reservations, customer support, or travel industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with computers and reservation software applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation assistance provided by the company.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude towards work challenges.
