We are seeking Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. The role involves delivering excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, and requires fluency in Croatian and previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools is preferred
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
