We are looking for a Croatian-Speaking Customer Expert to provide outstanding customer service to Croatian-speaking customers of Booking.com in Greece. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant and international environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within travel or online booking platforms, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication technologies preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork ability.
