The company is looking for a Creative Strategist (YouTube) to own the YouTube strategy end-to-end, create content, and distribute it across other platforms. The ideal candidate has a clear POV on Creative Strategy, obsession with creative and the YouTube algorithm, and care for customer research. The role involves working closely with growth and marketing teams to ensure content is feeding the funnel, not just generating views.
