We are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the ideation, testing, and scaling of high-performing marketing campaigns. The role involves owning the end-to-end creative strategy for paid media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing campaign data to inform creative improvements.
Requirements
- Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid media campaigns
- Lead creative ideation, testing frameworks, and iteration cycles for performance marketing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and media buyers
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable creative improvements
- Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to inform campaign direction
- Develop creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and scalable campaign concepts
- Drive continuous optimization of ad creatives to improve CTR, CPA, and ROI
- Mentor junior creatives or provide direction where needed
