America & Beyond is hiring a full-time Creative Designer & Brand Direction Lead in Miami, Miami-Dade County, to shape the look, feel, and creative voice of a premium fashion brand.
About the Role
As the Creative Designer & Brand Direction Lead, you will own the visual identity of America & Beyond from concept to execution. This on-site Miami position goes well beyond producing quick graphics — we are searching for a designer who thinks visually, has a feel for elevated fashion aesthetics, and can translate brand strategy into polished, cohesive creative across every customer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and steer the overall visual direction and aesthetic of the brand.
- Develop original campaign concepts and creative themes from the ground up.
- Lead website creative ideas and contribute to compelling on-site visuals.
- Guide emailer design direction and ensure a consistent, premium look across communications.
- Craft banner copy and layouts that capture attention and reflect the brand's tone.
- Build clean, refined layouts that align with high-end fashion sensibilities.
- Pitch strong campaign directions and creative recommendations to the team.
Qualifications
- A genuine eye for premium fashion aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to conceive and present full campaign concepts, not just individual graphics.
- Strong skills in producing clean, well-structured layouts.
- Confidence shaping creative direction for websites, emailers, banners, and campaigns.
- A proactive, idea-driven approach to brand presentation.
- Availability to work on-site full-time in Miami, Miami-Dade County.
