About the Role

As a Crane Operator II based in Washington, Washington County, you will mobilize and run top-tier Link Belt cranes to lift, transport, and set down large objects with accuracy and care. You'll contribute directly to projects spanning industrial construction, oil & gas, power generation, and aggregate operations, making you an essential member of a hands-on field team that values skill and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely set up, position, and operate Link Belt cranes across a variety of job sites.
• Pick, move, and place heavy loads with precision while protecting people, equipment, and surroundings.
• Support work across diverse sectors including industrial construction, oil & gas, power plants, and aggregate.
• Follow all safety protocols and conduct routine equipment checks before and during operation.
• Coordinate with crews, riggers, and supervisors to complete lifts efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience operating cranes, ideally Link Belt models, at an intermediate (Level II) skill level.
• Strong understanding of safe lifting practices, load handling, and job-site safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple industries and varied field environments.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to teamwork and clear communication.
• Willingness to work on-site in Washington, Washington County as a full-time team member.
