About the Role

As a CPP Packer on the overnight shift at Isola's Ridgeway, SC facility, you'll play an essential part in the Composite Prepreg/CPP Department, ensuring finished materials are packaged accurately and prepared for delivery. This third-shift position runs Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with required overtime through extended shifts and weekend work. The role pays $17.00 per hour, plus a $1.25 hourly shift differential.

Key Responsibilities

• Package and prepare finished CPP products to meet quality and shipping standards
• Operate within the CPP Department to keep overnight production flowing smoothly
• Handle materials safely and efficiently while following workplace procedures
• Support the team during extended shifts and scheduled weekend work as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
