Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Leadership Studies, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership development, facilitation, or coaching.
- Strong knowledge of leadership theories, models, and practical applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
