Role Overview
As a Course Developer at BlueCat, you will create high-quality, engaging e-learning content focused on video, animation, and visual storytelling. This role blends strong video production skills with modern, AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability of learning content.
What You Will Do
Create engaging training videos, develop animations and motion graphics, collaborate with Instructional Designers and SMEs, edit and enhance training materials, manage course production timelines, and publish and manage content within the LMS.

Requirements
- Strong experience in video production and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience creating e-learning or technical training content
- Solid understanding of design principles (layout, typography, branding)
- Familiarity or interest in AI tools for content creation
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts visually
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
- Collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset
