Day-to-Day Responsibilities Drafting and managing costs budgets for personal injury claims Ensuring compliance with the Courts Practice Direction 51H Maintaining accurate records of all costs incurred in cases Liaising with solicitors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accurate billing Preparing and submitting detailed cost reports for court submissions What You Bring To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Costs Draftsperson or similar position. A strong understanding of the Courts Practice Direction 51H is essential. You must be proficient in using legal software and have excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients and solicitors effectively.
