NSS has an immediate need for a Corporate Recruiter, who will be responsible for recruiting top talent for various corporate/operations positions while fostering an employee-friendly environment.
Requirements
- Recruits and staffs top talent nationally for Quality Managers, Regulatory Specialists, Project Control Analysts and Base Operations Managers
- Communicates with Operation Supervisors and Program Managers regularly regarding their staffing needs
- Must have previous experience hiring Quality Managers, Regulatory Specialists, Project Control Analysts and Base Operations Managers
- Must be able to provide at least 3 Professional References
- 5+ years of Corporate Recruiting experience
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
