Corporate Facility Security Officer

Accenture Federal Services is hiring a full-time Corporate Facility Security Officer (CFSO) based in Arlington, Virginia — a senior leadership role at the center of the company's national security compliance operations.

About the Role

The Corporate Facility Security Officer holds a senior position within the Accenture Federal Services (AFS) Security and Intelligence Directorate (S&ID), directing the Program Security and Compliance Branch. This role carries enterprise-wide accountability for AFS's adherence to Industrial Security requirements under the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM / 32 CFR Part 117) and applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) across all AFS entities.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Program Security and Compliance Branch within the AFS S&ID organization
• Serve as the authoritative point of contact with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other cognizant security authorities
• Oversee the facility security clearance (FCL) program, including self-inspections, corrective actions, and continuous readiness for government reviews
• Direct personnel security clearance processing, adjudication tracking, and access management across classified programs
• Implement and maintain compliance with NISPOM, 32 CFR Part 117, and all relevant Intelligence Community Directives
• Administer the AFS Insider Threat Program in coordination with program and executive leadership
• Develop and deliver security education, awareness, and training programs for the AFS workforce
• Establish visitor control, classified media accountability, and incident reporting procedures
• Advise program managers and senior leadership on security risk, classification guidance, and contract security requirements

What We're Looking For

• Deep, hands-on expertise with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and ICD requirements in a federal contractor environment
• Demonstrated experience managing facility security programs at an enterprise or multi-site level
• Familiarity with DCSA processes, DSS/DISS systems, and classified contract oversight
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to advise executives on complex security matters
• Active Top Secret / SCI eligibility required; polygraph may be required depending on program access
• Prior FSO or CSSO certification (e.g., NCMS, ASIS) is a plus
