Controller (Financial Reporting, GAAP/IFRS, ERP – Remote, U.S. Hours) leads financial operations, reporting, and accounting oversight in a growing organization, combining hands-on accounting leadership with strategic financial insight.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS standards
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks Enterprise)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours
