You'll partner with the Division of Family Health and Wellness, handling everything from contract preparation through amendment tracking and financial reconciliation to ensure all documents meet compliance standards and organizational requirements. About the Role This position sits at the heart of STI's contract and grants operations, requiring meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You'll work with diverse contract types and funding instruments, applying analytical thinking to document review, process standardization, and stakeholder coordination. Your contributions directly support the organization's ability to deliver on its mission through effective contract management. What You'll Do Develop, review, and finalize contract documents and amendments according to organizational standards and applicable regulations Track contract modifications and amendments throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to execution and archival Process and reconcile budget allocations, funding transfers, and grant-related financial documentation Prepare and maintain Contract Processing Worksheets (CPW) and supporting financial records Research and apply appropriate formatting standards and contract language to ensure consistency and compliance Maintain organized contract files and records systems for tracking and retrieval purposes Work with internal teams to gather documentation, clarify contract specifications, and resolve questions Identify workflow improvements and implement efficiencies to streamline contract administration processes What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in complex documents Experience or demonstrated knowledge in contracts administration, grants management, or related administrative work Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly master new software systems Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities when balancing competing priorities Clear written and verbal communication skills Self-directed work style with strong collaborative abilities Familiarity with budget reconciliation or financial documentation is advantageous How to Apply Ready to make an impact?
