The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, collaborating with legal, compliance, and risk teams, and utilizing Contract Lifecycle Management tools to track contract status and obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Law, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in vendor contract drafting and negotiation
- Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management tools, ticketing management, Microsoft Office Suite, and procurement software
- Strong negotiation and written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
