About the Role As the Contract Site Supervisor at the FAA Regional Training Site in Las Vegas, NV, you will provide on-site leadership and operational oversight for SAIC's ATC training program. This position is ideal for an experienced supervisory professional from the air traffic control community who is ready to guide instructional staff and ensure program excellence. Note for FERS retirees: Compensation earned in this role — whether as an ATC Instructor, ATC Training Instructional Supervisor, or Contractor Site Supervisor on this program — is exempt from the Supplemental Annuity earnings limits that apply to FERS retirees between the ages of 56 and 62. Key Responsibilities Direct and coordinate day-to-day operations at the FAA Regional Training Site in Paradise, Clark County. Supervise ATC instructors and instructional supervisors supporting the training program. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for program performance and quality. Ensure training delivery aligns with FAA standards and contractual requirements. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in an air traffic control (ATC) supervisory capacity. Proven ability to lead and manage instructional teams in a training environment. Familiarity with FAA training operations and program standards. Availability to work full-time, on-site in Las Vegas, NV (this is not a remote position).
