Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Contract Manufacturer Project Manager to oversee the product lifecycle from NPI onboarding to mass production, ensuring quality, managing production schedules, controlling costs, and mitigating supply chain risks. The role requires a Business Management expert to define and manage the overall programme CM strategy and roadmap, aligning multiple Anduril project teams’ requirements to a common vision and goal.
Requirements
- Professional Business Management Qualification (min Level 7)
- Professional Operations Management Qualification (min Level 6)
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Change management expertise
- Project Management capability
- Experience in Financial reporting P&L, unit cost management, etc.
- Creation, development and management of KPI standards
