About the Role Reporting into operations leadership, the Continuous Improvement Manager spearheads efficiency, cost-reduction, and process-optimization programs across Daniels Health plants and transfer stations nationwide. Based from a home office, you will travel roughly 50% of the time to work shoulder-to-shoulder with regional and site teams, as well as local and national Maintenance and Engineering groups, applying Lean, industrial engineering, and structured problem-solving to lift productivity, safety, quality, and cost performance.
