As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for driving process improvements across all areas of the organization, ensuring that we continuously enhance our efficiency and effectiveness in supporting disaster recovery efforts. Core Duties Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste within the organization. Analyze current operations to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus on improvement plans. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented changes. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies. What We're Looking For A minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or related field, preferably within a disaster recovery organization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on that analysis. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience using continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
