Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and manage the complete email and SMS strategy, including promotional campaigns and automated customer lifecycle flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase education, loyalty programmes, and reactivation campaigns. Build segmentation and personalisation strategies designed to increase customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates. Design and execute A/B testing programmes to optimise messaging, creative elements, and conversion performance across all channels. Create comprehensive content calendars and produce high-quality written and visual assets for social media, landing pages, website copy, blog posts, and email campaigns. Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content optimised for social platforms and paid advertising. Establish content pillars that demonstrate expertise: educational material, how-to guides, product comparisons, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. Collaborate with product and growth teams to align messaging with product launches, campaigns, and company initiatives. Manage user-generated content and coordinate with creators to source and repurpose content that strengthens paid campaigns. What We're Looking For 4–6 years of experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce marketing, with demonstrated success managing email campaigns and lifecycle flows using platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify, or HubSpot. Exceptional writing ability, ranging from persuasive conversion-focused copy to brand-building storytelling. Proven experience producing, filming, and editing short-form video content. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously across channels. Comfort with marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, email marketing dashboards, and attribution software.
