Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of experience in graphic design + video editing
- Advanced Photo Manipulation – Adobe Photoshop
- Strong Vector Design – Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to create conversion-focused creatives, not just aesthetic designs
- Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of storyboarding, hooks & pacing, transitions & positioning, color grading, effects & captions
