Tasks & Responsibilities

  • You analyze and optimize customer management processes and develop solutions in classic SAP CRM, S/4HANA CM (successor to SAP CRM) and SAP CX

  • You will carry out new implementations of SAP UI5 and S/4HANA

  • As an expert, you implement creative solutions to procedural and technical issues.

  • You will learn about their unique selling points and drive IT and digitalization projects forward together with their customers.

  • In long-term projects with diverse tasks, you will continuously expand your knowledge and receive additional support through the company’s Talent Management.

  • You work remotely and on-site at the customer’s location

  • On your career path, you will gradually take on more responsibilities; depending on your qualifications, you can develop towards (sub-)project management, team lead, account manager, IT architect or product owner.

Requirements

  • You have a completed degree in business informatics or a comparable technical qualification

  • You have knowledge in consulting and programming SAP CRM / SAP CM components

  • You are passionate about mapping customer needs in SAP CRM/CM

  • You have several years of practical experience in programming with SAP ABAP and ABAP OO

  • As part of a strong team, you value personal interaction with the customer in the office.

  • You are a team player

  • Methodical and independent action is second nature to you
