Evaluate integration patterns, messaging strategies, and platform architectures using Red Hat's comprehensive middleware offerings. Coordinate across sales, engineering, and customer operations teams to optimise solution design and accelerate customer adoption. Facilitate technical assessments, design workshops, and pilot deployments focused on middleware and event-driven systems. Champion open-source methodologies and Red Hat technologies within customer environments, particularly across DevOps and containerised platforms. Oversee delivery execution, manage technical risks, and maintain long-term customer engagement and satisfaction. Who We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat middleware technologies and platforms. Demonstrated proficiency across the middleware stack, including application servers (JBoss EAP, WildFly), integration tools (Fuse, Camel), message brokers (AMQ, Kafka), API gateways (3scale, Apigee, Kong), and cloud-native frameworks (Quarkus, MicroProfile). Strong architectural knowledge of microservices patterns, service-oriented architecture, event streaming, and integration design. Practical experience deploying, scaling, and managing middleware on Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms. Working knowledge of DevOps practices, continuous integration and deployment, observability, and infrastructure automation. Experience operating across hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, or edge infrastructure models. Capability to lead and mentor technical teams through complex, multi-phase enterprise projects. Industry expertise in financial services, telecommunications, government, or manufacturing sectors is valued. Familiarity with emerging patterns such as API-first design, event-driven microservices, and machine learning integration is a plus.
