Msconsultants is seeking a Construction Administrator for our Youngstown, OH office in a full-time capacity. We're looking for someone with proven expertise managing construction projects across all phases, with specialized experience in waterline, sanitary, and storm sewer infrastructure systems. Role Overview In this position, you'll be the operational lead for complex infrastructure construction initiatives. As a Construction Administrator at Msconsultants, you'll coordinate all aspects of on-site operations, from contractor liaison work through final project closeout. Your responsibilities will span site management, technical oversight, and field administration across our diverse portfolio of transportation, water, wastewater, architecture, and energy infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations, solve field problems quickly, and keep projects on track for budget and schedule adherence.
