About the Role In this Construction Administration Department Manager role, you'll oversee construction administration managers and the controls governing our construction draw process. You'll ensure that construction loans remain in full regulatory compliance while managing complex lending portfolios and directing your team through sophisticated transactions and problem-solving scenarios. When needed, you'll assume direct portfolio management responsibilities to ensure continuity and quality across our construction lending operations.
