DraftKings Inc. is seeking a Compliance Manager for Predictions in the United States. This full-time role offers the opportunity to establish and strengthen compliance foundations for an innovative new regulated offering in the prediction markets space. What This Role Involves You'll be instrumental in developing and reinforcing compliance standards for DraftKings' prediction market products. Working closely with teams across Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing, you'll ensure that this emerging offering meets rigorous regulatory requirements while supporting business growth. Your focus will be on maintaining integrity, transparency, and robust customer safeguards within a dynamic regulatory environment. What You'll Do Build and sustain the compliance framework for our prediction market offering, ensuring adherence to CFTC regulations, NFA requirements, and DraftKings' internal compliance standards Handle daily compliance operations including monitoring, issue tracking, documentation, control implementation, and regulatory reporting Lead responses to regulatory requests, examinations, audits, certifications, and information demands alongside Compliance and Legal leadership Work with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes and platform improvements Design and update compliance policies, procedures, and controls covering market surveillance, AML/KYC, customer protection, marketing compliance, and information security Identify and document compliance risks, escalate concerns, and support remediation efforts Drive compliance improvements through enhanced reporting, automation, and governance as the business scales Create compliance dashboards and reports that inform leadership on regulatory activities, emerging risks, and key performance indicators Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years in compliance, risk management, regulatory operations, legal, or audit roles with futures commission merchants (FCM), derivatives exchanges (DCM), clearing organizations (DCO), introducing brokers (IB), financial services firms, or regulatory agencies Strong understanding of prediction markets, commodities, derivatives, or other regulated financial environments Knowledge of the Commodity Exchange Act, CFTC regulations, CFTC Core Principles, NFA rules, market surveillance, and AML/KYC compliance programs Demonstrated experience managing regulatory examinations, audits, compliance assessments, policy rollouts, internal controls, and regulatory submissions Ability to spot compliance risks, propose workable solutions, and escalate appropriately Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to ethical practices and helping establish standards in an emerging regulated market About the Company DraftKings is…
