About the Role

As a Compliance Examiner with Hunt in Alpharetta, Fulton County, you will carry out structured, risk-based review programs that protect residents, properties, and the organization. This on-site role centers on scrutinizing high-exposure maintenance and EHS activity, validating documentation, and ensuring that safety, accessibility, and lease obligations are met and defensible.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct recurring evaluations of EHS, emergency, urgent, and general maintenance work orders, with particular focus on high-risk categories such as NDAA-related items.
• Verify preventive maintenance (PM) completion timeliness and confirm that supporting attachments are present and accurate.
• Review amenity and safety inspections to confirm standards are consistently upheld.
• Monitor ADA and accommodation requests, ensuring proper tracking and follow-through.
• Examine high-risk lease addenda for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Assess damage fee charges to confirm they are well-supported and defensible.
• Apply risk-based work programs to prioritize the most critical review areas.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing documentation and work orders.
• Familiarity with EHS, safety, and maintenance compliance practices.
• Understanding of ADA and accommodation tracking requirements.
• Ability to interpret lease addenda and assess supporting evidence for fees and charges.
• Comfort working within risk-based audit frameworks and managing recurring review cycles.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Alpharetta, Fulton County.
