Complex & Represented Claims Representative

We are looking for a Complex & Represented Claims Representative to join our dynamic team of forward-thinkers who thrive on moving fast and delivering exceptional products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a desk adjuster in the homeowner/property industry
• Adjusting all perils (fire, hail, wind, water, theft, lightning, vandalism, etc.)
• Understanding valued policy states and knowledge of which perils apply and when tendering limits are appropriate
• Previous experience working with contractors, and vendors for claims resolution
• Proficient in handling complex claims with loss values $100K and above
• Previous experience evaluating Proof of Losses
• Previous experience handling CRN, DTPA, NOI, mediations, and appraisals
• Ability to conduct recorded statements with insureds
