Total Life, Inc. is hiring a full-time Community Outreach Coordinator in Dallas, Texas to help expand access to compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health support for older adults across our community.
About the Role
As a Community Outreach Coordinator based in Dallas, Texas, you will serve as a vital connection between Total Life, Inc. and the older adults, families, and partner organizations we serve. This on-site, full-time position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who is passionate about healthy aging, mental wellness, and broadening access to affordable emotional support services. You will champion our mission in the local community and help ensure that quality care reaches the seniors who need it most.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with community partners, senior centers, healthcare providers, and local organizations throughout the Dallas area.
- Plan and coordinate outreach activities, events, and informational sessions that raise awareness of Total Life's behavioral health services.
- Educate older adults and their families about the emotional support resources available to them.
- Represent the organization at community gatherings and serve as a knowledgeable, approachable point of contact.
- Track outreach efforts and collaborate with internal teams to continually improve community engagement.
Qualifications
- Genuine commitment to supporting older adults and advancing mental health and healthy aging.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trust across diverse audiences.
- Comfort organizing events, managing community relationships, and working independently in the field.
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas on a full-time basis.
