We are seeking a Community Nurse Liaison LPN to work remotely from Indianapolis. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of clinical experience and a current LPN license.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in acute care or long-term care setting
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
- Current LPN License
