Community Manager

About the Role

As a Community Manager with Seabreeze Management Company, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for the associations within your portfolio in Spring Valley, Clark County. This is an on-site, full-time position focused on delivering attentive, professional service to boards, homeowners, and vendors alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of assigned residential and commercial community associations
• Act as the liaison between association boards, homeowners, and Seabreeze's internal teams
• Coordinate vendors, oversee maintenance projects, and help ensure properties are well maintained
• Support board meetings, communications, and the enforcement of community guidelines
• Assist with budget preparation and monitor association financial performance
• Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries and resolve community concerns

Qualifications

• Experience in community association, property, or facilities management is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail when juggling multiple priorities
• A customer-focused mindset and a talent for building trust with residents and boards
• Willingness to work on-site in Spring Valley, Clark County
