Overview

We are seeking a proactive Group Manager to oversee community operations, manage
high-volume group requests, and support events and content creation within Singapore’s

FinTech/product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large/active community groups and handle high-volume requests.
    ● Build, grow, and maintain the community/society in Singapore.
    ● Plan and execute in-person events, meetups, and workshops.
    ● Create and publish engaging content (posts, updates, announcements).
    ● Support light sales activities such as outreach and lead nurturing.
    ● Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams for community initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 1–4 years’ experience in FinTech or product environments.
    ● Experience managing online or in-person community groups.
    ● Strong event management experience in Singapore.
    ● Solid content creation and communication skills.
    ● Organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
    ● Basic sales support experience is a plus
