What This Role Involves As a Community Engagement Specialist, you're the bridge between Zócalo Health members and accessible, respectful healthcare. Core Duties Conduct in-person and phone outreach to prospective members using health plan eligibility data and build genuine engagement. Record all outreach interactions and enrollment progress accurately in Athena EHR and internal tracking systems. Represent Zócalo Health professionally at community coalition meetings, health events, and collaborative gatherings in Amador County. What You Bring Full fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, with ability to communicate across cultures with sensitivity.
