If you're a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registered with Virginia's Board of Counseling, this is your opportunity to provide direct, evidence-based mental health support where clients live and work. About the Role As a Community Based Mental Health Counselor, you'll provide intensive in-home and community-based counseling and mental health skill-building services to individuals and families throughout the service area—including the city of Richmond, Henrico County, Chesterfield County, Petersburg, Hanover, and surrounding communities. This position focuses on helping clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and achieve stability within their own environments.
