We are looking for a Communications & Marketing Associate to join our team at an exciting moment of growth. This is a genuinely broad role – part content creator, part PR support, part event organiser, part campaign coordinator – and it’s ideal for someone who wants to build real skills across multiple marketing disciplines, fast. The role is responsible for supporting two senior leads with day-to-day delivery, including planning and scheduling content, drafting blogs and email campaigns, and coordinating conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Strong writer – clear, engaging, and able to adapt your tone across formats and audiences
  • Digitally curious – familiar with LinkedIn and interested in what makes content perform
  • Organised and proactive – able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and know when to escalate
  • Genuinely interested in life sciences, genomics, or health technology
  • A collaborative team player – comfortable taking direction from two different leads without losing initiative
