AutoZone is hiring a Commercial Driver in Palm Bay, Brevard County, to keep automotive parts moving from our store to the professional shops, garages, and businesses that depend on fast, reliable delivery.
About the Role
As a Commercial Driver with AutoZone in Palm Bay, you are the link between our store team and our commercial customers. You will safely transport parts and supplies to local accounts, deliver outstanding service at every stop, and represent the AutoZone brand on the road. When you are not driving, you help keep store operations running smoothly and support the team that powers WOW! customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a company vehicle to deliver automotive parts and products to commercial customers across the Palm Bay and Brevard County area
- Plan efficient delivery routes and confirm orders are accurate and complete before each run
- Load, secure, and unload merchandise safely to prevent damage and loss
- Greet commercial accounts professionally and resolve delivery questions on the spot
- Maintain delivery logs, paperwork, and vehicle inspection records
- Support in-store tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and assisting walk-in customers between deliveries
- Follow all safe-driving practices, traffic laws, and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving throughout Palm Bay and surrounding Brevard County locations
- Strong customer-service mindset and a friendly, dependable attitude
- Ability to lift and move automotive parts and merchandise
- Organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple deliveries in a shift
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, though full training is provided
