Better Being Co. is hiring a Commercial Director - Practitioner Channel to lead growth and partnerships within the functional medicine community, based in the United States. In this full-time role, you'll own end-to-end strategy and relationship management for the NutraBiogenesis brand within the practitioner channel. What This Role Involves You'll operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, platform management, and practitioner enablement. You'll design and execute the go-to-market approach for NutraBiogenesis, manage relationships with key distribution partners, oversee practitioner education initiatives, and build the infrastructure needed to scale a science-driven supplement brand across the United States. This is a hands-on position requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution across multiple channels and stakeholder groups. Responsibilities Build and lead the practitioner education platform—from advisory board recruitment to clinical content libraries and webinar series—positioning NutraBiogenesis as a trusted authority in functional and integrative medicine. Manage the full lifecycle of practitioner partnerships, delivering a seamless experience at every stage of engagement and growth. Lead Fullscript strategy from start to finish—optimizing product visibility, designing protocol bundles, driving subscription uptake, and executing promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new protocols and expand the product portfolio based on practitioner feedback and market needs. Establish and operate a practitioner CRM system that drives acquisition of verified healthcare professionals, activates engagement, and sustains long-term retention. Develop and lead the trade event strategy, representing NutraBiogenesis at industry conferences including the Institute for Functional Medicine, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and similar functional medicine forums. Use data analytics and AI-driven tools to segment practitioner audiences, optimize engagement strategies, and measure program effectiveness. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to align on commercial initiatives and support company priorities. What You Bring 6–8 years of leadership experience in commercial strategy, marketing, or channel management within the health, wellness, or healthcare professional sector. Proven experience managing professional supplement distribution platforms such as Fullscript or Emerson Ecologics. Track record of developing and executing practitioner education and training initiatives. Excellent collaboration, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
