We are looking for a Business Analyst to support commercial and data-related processes within a telecom environment, combining business analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on billing, revenue assurance, and process optimization.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis within a corporate environment
- Understanding of telecom billing, mediation, or data flows (CDR)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex topics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at different levels
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
