The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as providing practical, business-oriented advice to enable growth while managing risk across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant LATAM jurisdiction
- 7+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience
- Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property
- Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues
