Requirements
- 3-5 years of legal experience
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial SaaS agreements
- Direct experience negotiating customer-facing agreements
- Working knowledge of data privacy frameworks
- Ability to spot issues and recommend practical solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with customer and contract management tools
