In this full-time role, you'll architect and maintain secure endpoint solutions that power our digital workplace across Microsoft cloud and on-premise environments. About the Role As our Cloud Endpoint Engineer, you'll take ownership of designing and deploying enterprise endpoint infrastructure. You'll work with Microsoft Intune, Azure, Microsoft 365, and virtual desktop technologies to build scalable, compliant systems that keep our organization secure and productive. This is a hands-on technical position where you'll balance strategic planning with day-to-day problem-solving, supported by a collaborative team and clear pathways for growth. What You'll Do Design, build, and tune endpoint computing platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, and virtual desktop solutions (VDI/DaaS), tailored to our security and operational needs. Create and deploy automation—including self-healing remediation—to strengthen endpoint health, enforce compliance, and reduce manual operational work. Establish monitoring and alerting for endpoint performance, security posture, and compliance; identify and resolve issues promptly. Lead cross-functional efforts around device lifecycle management, operating system deployments, endpoint modernization, and digital workplace initiatives. Evaluate, pilot, and document emerging endpoint technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous operational improvement. Manage endpoint policies, Group Policy objects, and MECM/SCCM configurations to maintain compliance and operational standards. Develop and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles to ensure consistent service delivery. Own vulnerability and threat remediation tasks; automate and standardize risk controls. Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for complex endpoint issues; partner with vendors and support teams on resolution. Mentor colleagues and contribute to team knowledge through documentation and training initiatives. Uphold company compliance, risk, and service standards in all tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent professional experience Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (required within 6 months of hire if not current) Strong proficiency in Windows operating system administration, Active Directory architecture, and Group Policy design and troubleshooting Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring and deploying with Microsoft Intune, including policy creation and device lifecycle management Working knowledge of PowerShell…
