You'll provide essential operational support to our Project Management teams, delivering successful clinical trials with meticulous attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. About the Role Scout Clinical is a leading provider of clinical trial support, including patient reimbursements and travel coordination. As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will be the operational cornerstone for multiple concurrent studies, partnering with Project Managers to ensure seamless trial execution from launch through completion. Your focus will be on maintaining operational excellence, managing critical schedules, and serving as a reliable liaison between internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate study activities with Project Managers, tracking progress against operational milestones Manage study schedules and calendars, including training, orientation, and key project meetings Prepare, review, and finalise study documentation and regulatory reports Facilitate communication between internal operations and client teams on documents and updates Configure and administer study systems within our clinical portal, including user access permissions Collaborate with internal departments such as Patient Liaison to support delivery Manage client-facing communications and shared mailboxes with professional, timely responses Process invoices for study services including translations and specialist vendors Administer participant surveys, compile feedback, and report findings Oversee virtual card distribution and ScoutPass programme administration Provide basic technical support to portal users Support organisational initiatives and process improvements as directed Complete required induction and ongoing compliance training on schedule What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience One to two years in clinical research (highly valued) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet tools Understanding of international currency and ability to convert to USD Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing focus Strong organisational skills with excellent deadline and date management Professional, courteous communication across all interactions Genuine enthusiasm for learning and proven coachability Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Meticulous attention to detail Customer service mindset and dedication to supporting others Composure and flexibility in changing circumstances Thrives in fast-paced environments whilst maintaining quality standards Self-motivated, results-driven, with discipline to follow established processes Clear communicator with confident…
